Refund policy

All sales are Final, but damaged or defective items can be replaced. (Please make sure you have sampled the fragrances and candles that you are ordering, you can not return them if you decide you do not like the scent)

 

  1. Inspect your items
  2. If anything is wrong with your item, please take a picture and email it to Vintage
    Cottonwood Designs LLC (vintagecottonwood@gmail.com) within the first 2 hours of receiving your items. 
  3. All defective items must be returned back to Vintage Cottonwood Designs LLC within 5 business days to be inspected for a replacement. Once we receive it, we will inspect it for approval! If approved, you will receive the same or an equivalent item for replacement. (No Refund will be issued)
