Shipping & In-Store Pickup Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

In-Store Pickup

Customers may select In-Store Pickup at checkout when available.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to the store.

Orders must be picked up within 14 days of the pickup notification unless other arrangements have been made. A valid ID and order confirmation will be required at pickup.

Unclaimed Pickup Orders
If an in-store pickup order is not picked up within the 14-day pickup window and no prior arrangements have been made, the order will be canceled and items will be returned to inventory. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed pickup orders.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Vintage Cottonwood is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, Vintage Cottonwood is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, please contact us and we will gladly assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
