🛒 How to Order Your Custom Shirt

Ordering your custom shirt is simple! Follow the steps below to get started 👇

1️⃣ Add Custom Design Fee (First-Time Orders Only)

If this is your first time ordering a custom design, you must:

🔍 Search “Custom Design Fee” in the website search bar
👉 Add it to your cart

💲 This is a one-time $10 setup fee per design

2️⃣ Choose Your Shirt

Select:

  • Your size
  • Your shirt color
  • Your print method:
    • Sublimation (light shirts only, soft vintage feel)
    • DTF/Vinyl (works on all colors, bold design)

3️⃣ Add to Cart & Checkout

Once you’ve selected everything:
👉 Add your shirt to cart
👉 Complete checkout

4️⃣ Email Your Design Details

After placing your order, email:

📧 becky@vintagecottonwood.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Your design idea or inspiration
  • Any names or wording
  • Your phone number (in case we need to reach you)

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Sublimation works ONLY on light-colored shirts
  • Custom orders require design time — please allow a few days for processing
  • The $10 setup fee is required for all new custom designs
