Return & Exchange Policy

At Vintage Cottonwood, our foremost objective is to ensure customer satisfaction with every single purchase. We are fully committed to supporting our customers — because at Vintage Cottonwood, we don’t just offer candles, we offer happiness and smiles with every scent.

While Vintage Cottonwood does not offer refunds or exchanges based on fragrance preference, we proudly stand behind the quality of our candles.

If a candle does not burn correctly, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To qualify for a replacement due to a burn issue:

  • Email proof of the burn issue to vintagecottonwood@gmail.com

  • Include your order number

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Every product is hand-crafted with care, and we want each customer to experience the same joy we pour into every candle.


Exchange Eligibility

Vintage Cottonwood will provide a replacement only in cases where a candle is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not burn correctly.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at vintagecottonwood@gmail.com

  • Include your order number and photo or video proof

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging, unless reporting a burn issue

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Online Replacements

If a replacement requires the original item to be returned, we will provide instructions after reviewing your request.

“Drop-In” Replacements

If you experience a burn issue and would like to visit us in person during “Drop-In” hours, please bring the candle along with proof of purchase. We will gladly replace the candle with another of equal value.
