Return & Exchange Policy

At Vintage Cottonwood, our foremost objective is to ensure customer satisfaction with every single purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost and assist you in selecting a fragrance that better suits your preferences. We are fully committed to supporting our customers in this way — because at Vintage Cottonwood, we don’t just offer candles, we offer happiness and smiles with every scent.

While we do not offer refunds, we gladly provide replacements or exchanges if your item arrives defective, damaged, or unsatisfactory. Every product is hand-crafted with care, and we want each customer to feel the same joy we pour into every candle.


Exchange Eligibility

Vintage Cottonwood will gladly exchange products as long as they are unused, undamaged, and in their original manufactured condition.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at vintagecottonwood@gmail.com

  • Include your order number and a photo of the item

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable


Online Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your products by mail, please include a note with your order number and exchange details inside your package.

“Drop-In” Exchanges

If you’d like to make an exchange in person during “Drop-In” hours, please bring unused and undamaged products to the shop. We’ll gladly exchange your item for another of equal or lesser value.
