Vintage Cottonwood Market Days Vendor Agreement

By submitting payment and participating in this event, you agree to the following terms:

📍 EVENT DETAILS

Event: Vintage Cottonwood Market Days

Time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: 2002 Mabdgnolia Ave, Port Neches, TX

💲 BOOTH FEE

• Booth fee: $ TBD
• Payment is required to secure your spot
• Spots are first come, first paid
• No booth will be held without payment

❌ NO REFUNDS

• Booth fees are non-refundable
• Event is rain or shine (outdoor event)

🛍 SETUP + BREAKDOWN

• Setup must be completed before event start time
• Vendors must remain set up until event ends at 3 PM
• Early breakdown is not allowed

🏕 BOOTH REQUIREMENTS

• Vendors must bring their own:
  • Tables
  • Chairs
  • Tent (if needed)
• Booth spaces must be kept clean and professional

🚫 PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS

• Vintage Cottonwood reserves the right to:
  • Approve or deny vendors
  • Limit duplicate product categories
• Vendors may only sell approved items listed in the application

🧾 LIABILITY

• Vintage Cottonwood is not responsible for:
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged items
  • Injury or accidents

🌿 CONDUCT

• Vendors must be respectful to:
  • Customers
  • Other vendors
• Vintage Cottonwood reserves the right to remove any vendor not following rules
